Property listings are maintained by the city’s Economic Development staff, but brokers, realtors, municipalities, and other economic development professionals are invited to list available commercial or industrial properties in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area on our site selection tool as well.
Gather Property Details
Collect key information about your site or building, including the title, street address, property type, size in square feet or acres, property description, sale price or lease rate, terms, contact information, and at least one photo.
Submit Listing Information
Go to eauclairedevelopment.com/properties/submit and fill out the online form. City staff will then review your submission, publish it to the Property Search page (typically within 1-2 business days), and send you the link.
Email When the Property’s Leased or Sold
Once your property has been leased or sold, send an email to our team so the listing can be unpublished. Keeping listings current helps ensure the Property Search page remains an accurate, reliable tool for businesses and site selectors.
