The Cannery District is a mixed-use development located along the Chippewa River. It’s home to the Eau Claire Children’s Theatre and The Brewing Projekt, as well as residential housing, retail spaces, a public park, and walking trails. The project reinvigorated a former industrial area and created a vibrant community space.

Liner Site in Downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin

The Liner Site is a mixed-use development located along North Barstow Street. It revitalized a former industrial site into a modern mixed-use development that now houses the newly relocated Children’s Museum on the north side and a vacant lot intended for residential and commercial units on the south lot.

Block 7 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Block 7 is a mixed-use development located north of the Liner Site along North Barstow Street. The project transformed a former empty parking lot into two lots with a six-story 109-unit apartment building on the north side and Menomonie Market Food Co-op, a community-owned grocery store, on the south side.

Haymarket Plaza in Downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Haymarket Plaza

Haymarket Plaza is an open-air space located within Haymarket Landing along the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire rivers in downtown. The mixed-use development includes residential apartments, commercial spaces, a parking structure, and a plaza with water features and access to the Haymarket Bridge.

Pablo Center on the Confluence in Downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin

The Confluence Project

The Confluence Project is a redevelopment site located adjacent to Haymarket Plaza in downtown. It’s the proud home of Pablo Center at the Confluence, a modern arts center that offers performance spaces, galleries, and education programs in partnership with UWEC, as well as housing, retail spaces, and offices.

Phoenix Park in Downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Phoenix Park is a recreational space located south of Madison Street along the Chippewa River. Once a brownfield site and a railroad yard, it has since been transformed into a vibrant gathering place that features walking paths, greenery, and a riverfront amphitheater that serves as a hub for community events, concerts, and festivals.
